All factual claims must be traceable to open-source material — government filings, operator disclosures, peer-reviewed research, reputable reporting, or the author's own fieldwork. Contributors are expected to cite transparently and flag where evidence is thin or contested.
Every submission passes through editorial review before publication — for argument, sourcing, and structural coherence. Review is conducted by Arctic Ledger's network of contributing researchers and affiliated reviewers, including senior researchers at partner institutions, who assess each piece for analytical rigor and factual grounding. Authors receive substantive editorial feedback and revise before a piece is accepted for publication.
Arctic Ledger accepts no state or corporate funding. Contributors disclose any affiliation relevant to a piece's subject matter.
